Thank you so much to all of our dear Howling Supporters who helped the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary Team provide our rescues with the Spring Basket Enrichment! While the Facebook Live Feed from last Thursday, May 7th, only showcased some of our rescues receiving their baskets, all 56 of the animals received the same throughout the week.
Enrichment for captive wild animals is not only incredibly important for the overall health and well-being of our rescues, but it is so much fun to see the animals engage with new treats and toys! We hope you all found delight in watching the video from last week.
Now, please enjoy more photos from the Spring Basket Enrichment event! Some rescues got a birthday piñata in addition to or instead of a basket.
